Regular exercise, had elevated PSI for a few years
77 yrs old. As of last week of April, i have the urge to pee about every 5 minutes.
I suspect i have prostate cancer by now. Have had elevated PSI for a few years.
Urologist 2 years ago assured me i don't have cancer. Getting ready for a colonoscopy. All medical advise i can find says " get plenty of exercise." Just what the hell does that mean, anyway ?
I trudge down and back up a steep hill, and have been doing so for 18 years.
In past year i've apparently developed blood circulation problems in my lower legs. Hard to walk. Hard to sleep. Poor balance and equilibrium from a TBI.
I purchased a bike for exercise only to crash into a tree at 30MPH.
Near fatal.
It had faulty brakes.
Does "adequate Exercise" mean getting up a sweat and huffing and puffing.
My VA doctor prescribed seeing a physical therapist.
I had to stop going because i was just too damn sleepy and exhausted all the time.
I just can't get in to it. The exercise program i'm supposed to do at home-just bores the shit out of me.! I'm just not believing it can do me any good at my age.
I wish that i could swim, but little opportunity for it.
Woe is me !!!
I see all these ads on the NET about the latest concoction some medical expert has come up with. They're inevitably about something "They" don't want you to know about!
Is it possible to believe any doctor ?
